You have the right to return your order within 14 days, with the exception of perishable goods (food).

Please note that the costs of return shipment are for the customer.
The purchase price of the returned products, including any delivery costs we charged for your order, within 14 days following the day on which you report the withdrawal. If you do keep one or more products from the order, we will not refund the delivery costs.
When?
As soon as we have received the returned product or as soon as you have proven that you have sent the product back.
How?
Via the same means of payment you used. The refund is free of charge for you.
